FAQs

At cash car rentals, we require all our customers to adhere to all road usage rules, laws and regulations. Any contraventions are for the customers account and must be settled in full by the customer or the customer runs the risk of losing their deposit.

Fuel, oil and daily tyre maintenance is for the customers account. Vehicles returned without a full tank will be refilled using the customers deposit. All vehicles have a routine maintenance or service schedule that is paid for by Cash Car Rentals. Long term customers will be advised in advance as to when this will take place so that they are not inconvenienced. All repairs that are a result of customer negligence are for the customers account.

If you have been in an accident you need to take care of yourself and your passengers first and foremost. If there are any injuries please contact emergencies services straight away.

 

When you are able to please call Cash Car Rentals to report the accident. We will provide assistance with emergency services if required and arrange for the vehicle to be towed.

 

Standard procedures need to be followed with all accidents, please take all the details of any third parties involved and report the accident to the police. We also recommend taking photos of the accident to assist with your claim.

Yes, all customers are required to agree to all our terms and conditions. The full contract is available when you select the “Rent It” option on our website. A copy of the agreement is available upon request.

Rentals are for a minimum of two weeks. Long term rentals are renewed annually.

Payments to Cash Car Rentals are to be made via EFT and direct deposit to the account of Cash Count rentals. Proof of payment must be sent to *email address*

Yes, all cancellations and no-shows before collection of the vehicle are charged at R1000. Long term rentals require a full month’s notice for cancellation, early cancellation without notice will be charged at a full month’s rental.

The deposit and first rental fee is payable upfront. Thereafter, payment is required on the month anniversary for every month that the vehicle is being rented.
